These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase from GreenVault Ops ("GreenVault Ops," "we," "us," or "our") through greenvaultops.com (the "Site"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any product offered on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
GreenVault Ops sells digital products — downloadable standard operating procedures (SOPs), guides, checklists, templates, and playbooks for licensed cannabis retailers (the "Products"), delivered electronically as PDF and/or document files. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Products for the internal operations of a single business or organization that you own or are authorized to represent. Subject to these Terms, you may:

The Products, the Site, and all associated content, branding, and materials are owned by GreenVault Ops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.
The Products are provided for general operational and educational purposes only. Cannabis regulations — including those of the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) and METRC requirements — change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and license type. The Products are not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or professional compliance advice, and do not create any professional or advisory relationship. You are solely responsible for verifying that your operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and license conditions, and you should consult qualified professionals before relying on any material in the Products.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge for the listed price. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Because the Products are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your requirements or that any particular operational or compliance outcome will result from their use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenVault Ops and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or regulatory penalties, arising out of or related to your use of the Products or Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenVault Ops and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
