GreenVault Ops

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GreenVault Ops ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit greenvaultops.com (the "Site") or purchase our products. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

  • Order and contact information — your name and email address, provided at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and send receipts and support.
  • Payment information — processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or bank details; Stripe handles that. We may receive limited transaction data (e.g., the last four digits, a confirmation, and billing country) to service your order.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) generated automatically when you visit, used for security and to keep the Site running.

How we use your information

  • To process your purchase and deliver the Products you buy;
  • To send order confirmations, download links, and receipts;
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's Privacy Policy);
  • Email/hosting providers — to deliver your Products and store our systems;
  • Legal — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

Cookies

The Site uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality and secure checkout. Our payment processor may set cookies required to complete a transaction. We do not use advertising trackers.

Data retention

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to provide support, honor our Refund Policy, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that regard. To make a request, email blazinitup710@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and Products are intended for professional, adult use (21+) and are not directed to children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date.
